Building a Culture of Experimentation

​Every Solutions org says it wants to experiment. But most don't, because the number is due and the old motion is safer. We'll get into what it actually takes to run a team that tests, kills, and ships new approaches while still delivering.

​SolutionExec roundtables are private, invite-only conversations for Solutions leaders.

​The Format

​Each session runs for 60 minutes on Zoom. We keep the room small enough that every person in it has to contribute, large enough to get a real range of perspectives. A facilitator from inside the SolutionExec network keeps the conversation moving.

Who Qualifies

​These sessions are for Solutions leaders operating at the Director level and above. VPs of Solutions Engineering, Heads of Solutions Consulting, Directors running large enterprise teams, and equivalent titles. If you're a manager or IC, this particular program isn't the right fit right now.

​Seats are limited and every application is reviewed. Once accepted, you're committing to attend.

​If your schedule changes, notify us at least 48 hours in advance at [email protected] so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. Last-minute no-shows without notice affect your priority for future SolutionExec programming.
