We're bringing together senior engineers, engineering leaders, and the people responsible for building and developing technical teams for an evening of honest conversation about one of the most pressing questions in tech right now: how do you benchmark and develop engineers in a world where AI is changing the role faster than most organisations can keep up?
AI has changed what good engineering looks like. Most teams are still figuring out how to measure it, develop for it, and hire around it.
