Join us for a conversation with Björn Ólafsson, a science writer and data journalist who explores the environmental footprint of the meat industry, the rise of alternative proteins, and the ethics of our food systems.
Through his work and newsletter More Than Meats the Eye, Björn combines data and storytelling to understand how we can reduce animal suffering and build a more compassionate world.
He'll share insights from his research, reflect on how students from different backgrounds can contribute to animal welfare, and answer your questions in an open Q&A and social session afterwards.
