​​​Facilitator：Namiko Kajiwara (Seasons of Life - CEO)

​This workshop uses real challenges faced by Japanese professionals expanding overseas as case studies to help participants experience and develop the mindset and skills needed to thrive globally. Drawing on over ten years of hands-on experience in both Japan and the U.S., instructor Namiko Kajiwara provides concrete guidance on building relationships and negotiation strategies in international settings. She also highlights key considerations for minorities and practical ways to overcome such barriers. Through not only theory but also role-playing exercises, participants will gain a deeper, experience-based understanding. This 90-minute program equips entrepreneurs, managers, and executives with the global standards essential for leadership.
