​IPO（株式上場）は「起業のゴール」や「成功の証」として語られることも多い一方で、上場という選択には様々な意味や背景があります。このワークショップでは、IPOを「資金調達の手段」や「社会的信用の獲得」だけでなく、誰にとって・どんな価値があるのかという観点から問い直す、「自分にとってIPOとは何か？」を考えます。講義形式ではなく、参加者同士の対話やグループワークを通じて、IPOという手段の“正体”を再定義していきます。

​An initial public offering is often portrayed as “the ultimate goal” or “proof of success” for a startup, yet choosing to go public carries many different motivations and implications. In this workshop we will look beyond the familiar reasons—fund-raising and social credibility—and ask a deeper question: “What does an IPO mean to me, and to whom does it create value?” Rather than a lecture, the session revolves around peer dialogue and small-group exercises that help participants re-define the true nature of an IPO as a strategic tool.
