​In February 2025, Flier Inc. was listed on the Growth Market. The journey to reach that point was anything but smooth—it was built on countless lessons learned and challenges overcome. Although I did not originally aspire to become a corporate executive, my role expanded through repeated experiences of launching new businesses, ultimately leading to this milestone of going public. In this session, I will share how I learned and practiced management directly from the field along the way. At the core is the concept of “flexible management”: an approach to building organizations that can grow resiliently even in constantly changing environments. I hope this will serve as an inspiration as you consider your own next steps.
