​「アンコンシャスバイアス」とは、無意識の思い込みや偏見のことを指します。これは組織のジェンダー公正や多様性（ダイバーシティ）を妨げる大きな要因となります。多様性が確保された組織を維持することは、メンバーひとりひとりがその人らしく、最大限の能力を発揮するために必要です。 この講演では、アンコンシャスバイアスを断ち切るために必要な知識と行動について、人事選考など、具体的な場面を通じて理解を深めることを目的とし、組織内でどのようにバイアスが発生し、それをどのように認識し、克服するかを学びます。

​​​Facilitator：Hideko Nishioka (The University of Osaka - Vice Director, professor of the Diversity & Inclusion Center)

​“Unconscious bias” refers to the assumptions and prejudices we hold without realizing it. These biases are a major barrier to gender equity and diversity within organizations. Maintaining a diverse organization is essential for enabling each member to be authentic and to maximize their potential. This lecture will focus on the knowledge and actions needed to break unconscious bias, using concrete examples such as recruitment and hiring processes. Participants will learn how bias arises within organizations, how to recognize it, and how to overcome it.
