For women leaders in particular, the ability to remain calm, maintain credibility, and sustain constructive connections under stress is a critical skill. In this workshop, Marie-Solange Vottero, who has applied psychology and neuroscience to organizational change, and Sandrine Monette, who has led strategic transformations across Europe and the US for over 20 years, will share practical strategies drawn from their experiences to help participants strengthen relationships and leadership credibility even in challenging situations.
