Talent Crunch Co-working Day - April

​Our 1st Coworking Day!!
This is not a conference. There are no speakers, no slides, and no agenda handed down from above. It is a day to work, think, and talk with other TA and people professionals in a proper space - with a bit of structure to get things going, and plenty of room to let conversations run where they need to go.

​The 5€ entry goes into a shared pot to cover breakfast and some of the drinks for the day. Coffee is available on site.

​How the day runs

​09:00 - Arrive and settle in. The space has a large table and sofas and loungers around it - find your spot.

​09:20 - Icebreaker round (40 min).

​10:00 - Topic pitching (30 min). Anyone can throw a topic on the table - something you want to think through, get input on, or just talk about with people who get it. We collect the topics, you self-select into groups, and conversations happen around the room.

​10:30 - Free co-working (90 min).

​12:00 - 🌮 We can have lunch together at Hofbräu, right next door. Optional

​13:30 - The Absurdathon. Small groups, random prompts drawn from a hat, a tight brief, and a pitch to the room. More on this below.

​15:00 - Wind down, linger, head off.

​The Absurdathon

​Think Cards Against Humanity meets hackathon meets Shark Tank, with a TA twist.

​Each group draws 3 random cards: a customer type, a product or industry, and a constraint or twist. You have 30 minutes to build something - a product, a process, a pitch, whatever makes sense. Then you present to the other groups, who play investor for five minutes. The room votes across a few categories, and we close with a proper debrief.

​It will be deliberately absurd. That is the point 😂
