Designing Circular Business Models: A Hands-On Workshop
Workshop Description
A new business mindset is emerging around the circular economy—one valued at trillions of dollars and poised to drive innovation across entrepreneurial activity and the next generation of companies, reshaping how we design, produce, and live.
Making this shift, however, is not easy.
So that is why this workshop at Delhi Climate Innovation Week 2026 is designed to support Indian innovators and entrepreneurs in developing necessary, effective, and creative solutions for the circular economy—solutions that create real value for people, strengthen India’s competitive advantage, and contribute to a regenerative future.
The session is hands-on and highly interactive, using action-based learning to introduce the principles of circular design. Working in small groups of 2–5, participants will select a product—either their own or an existing market offering—and reimagine it as a more sustainable, circular solution.
