Dinner with Author: "Rest Revolution".
Welcome to:
📍 Grand Café, West Vancouver
🕊 Monday, May 4th, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
The Experience
This evening is designed as a guided, relational experience...
less of a formal talk, and more of a space where women gather in truth, presence, and depth.
Picture an elevated version of a traditional book club,
woven with storytelling, reflection, and meaningful connection,
held in an aesthetic setting, over a curated dining experience.
Author-Led Storytelling & Conversation
About the Author — Heather Boersma
Heather Boersma understands firsthand the quiet tension between ambition and exhaustion. As a coach, speaker, wife, and mother of three, she spent years pursuing success — only to realize it was coming at the cost of her well-being.
With nearly two decades of experience as a certified coach, Heather has since devoted her work to helping women reconnect with a more sustainable way of living and leading — grounded in nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and intentional rest.
The Rest Revolution is her third and most personal book, reflecting both her professional expertise and lived experience.
About the Book — The Rest Revolution
The Rest Revolution is grounded in neuroscience, guiding women through the mind, emotions, and nervous system to create lasting, meaningful change.
Through science-backed insights and practical tools, Heather offers a new way of relating to stress, success, and self — one that supports clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth.
This work is designed to help you move beyond burnout, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and step into your potential with confidence and intention.
