FAQ
When is the second payment due?
The amount outstanding is due 4 weeks before our Residency begins. Paid via bank transfer to us, in EUR, GBP or USD.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if you let us know, up to 4 weeks before the start date. After that, it's non-refundable.
Can I come with my special other?
Yes – simply select one of the Private cottages available : )
Can I apply if the price is a stretch?
Yes. We hold a couple of supported places on each residency. Email us on [email protected] to discuss.
