This talk details how Intuit built and scaled event-driven AI agents to handle massive transaction volumes using the open-source platform, Numaflow. The core challenge is reliably processing millions of asynchronous data streams through high-latency GenAI models with guaranteed processing and dynamic scaling. We demonstrate the architecture of our AI-Driven Bookkeeper, an agent automating complex reconciliation and expense categorization. Discover how Numaflow, a Kubernetes-native, event processing platform, provides the required operational excellence and developer velocity to manage AI inferences at scale.
