​Join the Techspace team for the launch of our brand new location on Chancery Lane. St Andrew Street opens its doors in January 2026.

To celebrate the grand opening of our newest location, we invite our Agent and Broker Partners to join us for the day, in collaboration with our Fit-out Partners at Office Principles.

​The Agent/ Broker Open Day will run all day from 8.30am to 7.00pm. Where attendees will enjoy...

Our new Central London location, just a 6 minute walk from Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, sits in the heart of London’s innovation corridor — exceptionally well connected and perfectly placed for companies looking to scale. This project is also a case study in repositioning older buildings for the future. Working in partnership with the landlord, we are delivering a full refurbishment — from strip-out to fit-out — with sustainability and efficiency at its core. Original materials, like glass partitioning, are being reused wherever possible. Gas systems are being removed in favour of all-electric, renewably powered energy. And with new MEP systems in place, the building’s EPC rating has jumped from an E to a B — making it both greener and more cost-efficient to run.
