About Event

As AI enters environments where the stakes are high, the most critical question isn't just "What can the tech do?" but rather: "How do humans understand and act within these systems?"

Join us for an evening of deep-dive exploration into how we design for human discernment. We will move beyond the technical specs to discuss how systems can account for human imperfection without eroding our agency or control.

Key Discussion Points
・Defining "Safe": Who sets the boundaries between protection and control?
・Strengthening Agency: How to build AI literacy and human discernment in high-stakes environments.
・System Design: Designing AI that keeps humans meaningfully engaged and accountable, rather than just "on the loop."

🎯Who Should Join

  • Builders, founders, and operators designing or deploying AI in contexts where human judgment and safety matter

  • Practitioners interested in how discernment, literacy, and decision-making are shaped by AI systems

  • Anyone working at the edge of technology and responsibility: curious about who defines “safe,” and how humans remain accountable in high-stakes environments
