IRL Tech Summit 2026
Paris, June 18–19 - during VivaTech week
Last October we got 30 founders building offline experiences (WeRoad, Breeze, Meet5, Meetup, Timeleft, and others) into a villa near Milan and let them actually talk to each other.
Closed-door, no panels, no pitch theatre. The kind of conversation that doesn't happen at conferences.
We're doing it again, this time in Paris, two days during VivaTech week, when most of you are already in town anyway. Skip the conference floor. Spend two days with the people actually building this.

Who this is for
You qualify if all of the following are true:
You are a founder or co-founder. No exceptions.
Your product is an offline, in-person experience that brings people together.
Your company is past product-market fit, with meaningful revenue and a real user base.
You're operating across multiple markets, or actively expanding into them.
You're willing to share actual numbers and actual mistakes in a closed room.
You're not here to sell anything to anyone in the room.
Plus 5 early-stage seats
We're also opening 5 spots to founders earlier in the journey. You qualify if your company:
has launched and is working to go from "Zero to One"
has hit at least €10K MRR
is an offline, in-person experience that brings people together
Same room, same rules, same honesty. If that's you, apply and tell us where you are.
What we'll talk about
Scaling humans, not just users
Unit economics nobody publishes
AI inside people-first businesses
Hiring for IRL
Fundraising vs. bootstrap mindset
The founder loneliness
Closed door. Chatham House. No recordings. No press. No VCs. Only founders trying to use technology to bring people together.
Where
Same setup as first edition: a private château one hour outside the noise of the city. We're keeping the exact venue under wraps until we lock the final headcount.
What's locked:
Departure from Paris on Thursday 18 June, around 9:30 AM. Two pickup points:
Return Friday 19 June, late afternoon. If you have an earlier flight or train, easy to leave ahead of the group.
Out of Paris, on purpose. Same logic as edition 1: we want everyone in the same bubble, no escape hatches, no parallel agendas.
What's included
The €595 ticket covers everything:
One night accommodation at the château (private room)
All meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner
All drinks throughout the stay
All activities and sessions
Shuttle from Paris and back
Truly all-inclusive. Show up with a small bag. We handle the rest.
One thing worth saying: neither Timeleft nor WeRoad makes any profit on the tickets. Every euro goes to the venue, the food, the drinks, and the shuttle. We're hosting this because we want the room to exist, not because it's a business.
Important: read before applying
This is a curated event. Submitting payment puts you on the waiting list, not on the final guest list.
We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis until May 31. By that date, everyone will have a clear yes or no.
To make this room work, we need to balance founders across:
Company stage and size
Sector and business model
Gender and background
Some applicants will be declined even if they meet the criteria, simply to keep the room balanced. If your application isn't accepted, you'll be fully refunded.
