「あたらしい経済」と「KudasaiJP」が共同運営する企業向けWeb3コミュニティ「Web3 Business Hub（WBH）」では、Web3ビジネスの発展に参考となるセミナーを毎月開催しています。
5月のテーマは「Agentic Economyとは何か：AIエージェント、ウォレット、ステーブルコインがつくる次の市場」です。
AIエージェントが、人間の指示を待つ単なるツールから、自ら判断し、実行し、取引する“経済主体”へと進化し始めています。
この流れは、Agentic Economy と呼ばれ、AIエージェントが検索・交渉・購入・投資・契約・決済などを自律的に行う新しい経済圏として注目されています。特にWeb3領域では、ウォレット、スマートコントラクト、ステーブルコイン、オンチェーンID、DeFi、DAOなどのインフラが、AIエージェントにとっての「金融・契約・信用レイヤー」になり得る点が大きな論点です。
実際に、Google CloudはAIエージェントと加盟店の安全な取引を支える Agent Payments Protocol（AP2） を発表しており、同プロトコルはカード決済だけでなく、ステーブルコインやリアルタイム送金にも対応する設計とされています。 また、FIDO Alliance、Google、Mastercardなども、AIエージェントによる決済や取引における本人意図の確認・悪用防止・責任所在の明確化に向けた標準化を進めています。
今回のWeb3 Business Hubでは、Agentic Economyの基本概念から、Web3との接点、ステーブルコイン決済、オンチェーンAIエージェント、DeFi運用、DAOガバナンス、事業機会、そしてリスクまでを整理します。
AIエージェントが“ユーザー”になり、“顧客”になり、“市場参加者”になる時代に、Web3ビジネスはどのような役割を担うのか。次のインターネット経済の入口を、参加者の皆さまと一緒に考えます。

The theme for March is:
What Is the Agentic Economy? The Next Market Created by AI Agents, Wallets, and Stablecoins
AI agents are beginning to evolve from simple tools that wait for human instructions into “economic actors” that can make decisions, take action, and transact on their own.
This trend is known as the Agentic Economy. It is attracting attention as a new economic sphere in which AI agents autonomously perform activities such as search, negotiation, purchasing, investment, contracting, and payments.
In the Web3 space in particular, a key discussion point is how infrastructure such as wallets, smart contracts, stablecoins, on-chain identity, DeFi, and DAOs could serve as the “financial, contractual, and trust layer” for AI agents.
In practice, Google Cloud has announced the Agent Payments Protocol (AP2), designed to support secure transactions between AI agents and merchants. The protocol is said to be designed not only for card payments, but also for stablecoins and real-time transfers. In addition, organizations and companies such as the FIDO Alliance, Google, and Mastercard are advancing standardization efforts to confirm user intent, prevent abuse, and clarify accountability in payments and transactions carried out by AI agents.
In this edition of Web3 Business Hub, we will break down the basic concept of the Agentic Economy, its points of connection with Web3, stablecoin payments, on-chain AI agents, DeFi operations, DAO governance, business opportunities, and associated risks.
As AI agents become “users,” “customers,” and “market participants,” what role will Web3 businesses play?
Together with all participants, we will explore the entrance to the next internet economy.
This seminar offers a valuable opportunity for corporations, financial institutions, infrastructure providers, and legal/compliance professionals exploring Web3 in the context of new business development, finance, payments, and tokenization to identify their next strategic steps—both from institutional and technical perspectives.
