Speaker Introductions:
Kevin Gao is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fūkū, an AI-powered recruitment platform based in Singapore, transforming hiring through automated CV screening, candidate matching, and interview coordination. With an LL.M in International Commercial Law from The University of Sheffield and a degree in International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law, he boasts over a decade in talent acquisition and executive search across Asia. Previously, he led legal recruitment at LHH and Spring Professional, and served as Managing Director at GTS, specializing in corporate functions like Legal, Finance, and IT. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Gao drives innovation to reduce hiring time and boost satisfaction.
Justine Bower is a seasoned recruitment leader and organizational coach with over 20 years of experience across Asia in Fintech, Pharma, Engineering, and Rec2Rec sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of Intuitive Recruitment, a female-owned firm headquartered in Singapore since 2016, she specializes in supporting talent acquisition communities through innovative solutions like contingent search, fractional support, and interim contracts. Bower has driven remarkable growth stories, including scaling James Harvard from 3 to 120 employees before its sale to Hays in 2006, and establishing EarthStream Global in Asia. An IECL-certified coach, she empowers professionals with market insights and career guidance, fostering integrity and community-building in recruitment.
