How we'll use our time
The problem we're solving: Why designers with 10+ years of craft still feel like amateurs at leadership — and why "figure it out" isn't a development plan. The gap between having knowledge and being able to access it at the moment you need it.
Fundamentals of Claude Cowork and Claude Skills: Claude Cowork essentials: how to set up your structure, working with Claude to build out Skills, and the differences between it and Claude Code or Cursor.
Codifying expertise: The importance of turning advice and guidance into explicit directions. Why building these systems forces you to articulate what you actually know — and why that process is itself a form of development.
Examples of "saying what you mean": What this looks like in practice -> building a queryable design logic library from your past decisions, codifying stakeholder and scenario guidance (the resistant PM, the skeptical exec, the first board presentation), making your design system and knowledgebases visible to agents, or just getting clear on what's in your head.
