The Green Match is one of Unicorn Factory Lisboa’s Web Summit side events, hosted by greenhub & EngineersHub. It brings together our partners Brisa, REMO, Mota-Engil and Quadrante with a curated selection of startups working on sustainability, mobility, energy and the cities of tomorrow.
Our partners have mapped the innovation challenges they share. Now we’re looking for the startups with the solutions to match.
The challenges
Smart energy & EV charging: charging management that makes the most of solar and off-peak prices, predictive energy procurement, bidirectional charging, and second-life EV batteries as storage for buildings
Low-carbon construction: low-carbon cement that is cost-competitive, reliable in supply and compliant with sector regulation, plus platforms that scale green solutions across the construction value chain
Water efficiency: new ways to monitor and reduce water use on construction sites and in buildings
Smarter buildings: digital twins that optimise whole systems of assets, space planning based on how buildings are actually used, and targeted cooling for IT racks
Digital construction & licensing: drone-based site inspection and MEP mapping, and platforms that automate licensing between clients, designers and public authorities
