About Event

Welcome to FiBAN Academy Module 2, co-organised together with our partner Danske Bank! This training is part of FiBAN Academy, which consists of three modules where you will learn the basics of angel investment and more.

Speakers:

Reima Linnanvirta, FiBAN President Emeritus, has been one of the most active angels in Finland and the Nordics. Before joining Trind as a Partner in 2022, he had built a portfolio of 35 companies and achieved the fastest exit in 104 days.

Taina Metso, Attorney-at-law and Senior Associate at Kalliolaw, specializes in M&A and private equity, with a strong track record of advising clients across the full investment lifecycle. She supports a wide range of clients, from innovative start-ups and growth-stage ventures to venture capital and private equity funds.

Jussi Heinilä is one of the FiBAN founders, and he started angel investing already in 2007. His portfolio is 64 firms, with 12 close downs and 8 fine exits. Twelve of his portfolio firms have done the A or later rounds.
