​​Confusion creates shame. Shame creates anxiety. Anxiety makes it harder to think clearly.

​​You open your laptop. Something pops up. You do not know what it means.

​​Your breathing changes. You start clicking. Now you have ten tabs open and no sense of closure.

​​This workshop interrupts that loop.

​​We start with breath and presence. Then we move into simple tools that help you respond to technology without spiraling.

​​You will learn: • why tech triggers overwhelm and scattered thinking • how to calm your nervous system when confusion hits • how to use AI without disappearing down a rabbit hole • how to organize thoughts and find your next step
