Boris Delepine is a government affairs and policy professional with more than two decades of experience in San Francisco governance, having worked with the City since 1999. He is a driving force behind the Port’s Blue Economy Initiative, which will position San Francisco as a magnet for the next generation of ocean-focus industries.
