​Harlem has always known what to do with words. From the Renaissance that shook the world to the street corners, barbershops, and living rooms where verses were passed like heirlooms — this neighborhood has never stopped speaking. April is National Poetry Month, and we’re honoring that legacy the Harlem way: together, in community, out loud. Poetry & Pour is your night.

​An intimate evening where every voice is welcomed, every story has a home, and the room is filled with people who ready to receive yours. Come as you are.

​What to expect: — Open mic for poets, spoken word artists & first-time sharers alike — A warm, intentional space where you are safe to be seen — Wine & beverages to keep the evening flowing — Real connection in the neighborhood that taught the world how to speak

​This tradition belongs to all of us. Come add your voice to it.

​A portion of proceeds supports the HAHC Fund, raising fund for a medical mission trip serving disadvantaged communities in the Dominican Republic this August.
