  • Training managers/ leaders to support them better

  • Employment law

  • Evolving in the hybrid world

This is an event targeted at HR directors and People Leaders (or similar roles) in tech startups/scaleups with 10+ teams.

Speakers

  • Alice Glen (née Roper) – Managing Director at Talentful
Alice spearheads the growth of global embedded Technology recruitment at Talentful. The backbone of her success is her steadfast commitment to cultivating strong relationships with businesses and individuals. In 2023, Alice earned recognition as one of the Top 35 Women under 35 by Management Today, showcasing her presence in the technology landscape. Alice recently returned from maternity leave after welcoming her second child, Otis. This journey beyond the boardroom has reinforced her understanding of the essential need for fluidity in maintaining a delicate balance between personal and professional spheres. He also acts for employers in helping them manage legal risk around pregnancy and maternity. David is top-ranked as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 2024 edition (the main independent guide to the best lawyers in the UK). David is interested in upcoming changes to UK employment law this year in relation to a new positive duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment and increased protection regarding pregnancy and for those returning from family leave. David lives in London with his civil partner and their 2 adopted sons.
