👋 Meet Ryan Glatt, MS, PhD(c)
Ryan Glatt is a Certified Personal Trainer and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with over a decade of experience specializing in brain health–focused exercise and lifestyle interventions. He is the Director of the FitBrain℠ Program at Pacific Neuroscience Institute, where he works as a Brain Health Coach supporting individuals with cognitive concerns and neurological conditions, with an emphasis on prevention and slowing cognitive decline.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California Lutheran University and a master’s degree in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership: Health & Human Performance, with a minor in Gerontology, at Concordia University Chicago. His training includes education from the Amen Clinics, BrainFirst Training Institute, Neuroscience Academy, and the Academy for Brain Health & Performance.
Ryan specializes in designing evidence-based “brain-healthy” exercise programs that integrate dual-task training and clinical exergaming. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, consults in digital and gamified rehabilitation technologies, and is an international speaker and educator. He also developed the Brain Health Trainer course for the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
