About Event

How do we leverage research to impact meaningful social change? Join us for a workshop with Maura Deignan, a passionate civic designer and program manager at ServiceNow focused on empowering people and building culture.

Maura will explain how design thinking can be applied in a social impact context and guide us through an interactive activity, where you’ll collaborate with other UX researchers to investigate, define, and reimagine solutions to current issues in the San Diego community and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to leverage research to affect social change and practice applying research skills in new and creative ways. Come ready to research, ideate, and connect with your community!

Details for attending & check-in: After you RSVP to the event invite, you will receive an email with an NDA to sign, which is required for all visitors to the ServiceNow campus. On the day of the event, you will need to check in and get a badge at the security office, located at 4820 Eastgate Mall Building C, 1st floor.

Once you are checked in, you will be guided to the room where the event is being hosted.

We look forward to seeing you there!
