🕒 The Timeline
13:00:00 - Doors
13:30:00 – 18:00 (or 19:00): The PRD Battle. The most important part. We fight over the Product Requirements Document. What signals actually matter? Where do they hide? We define the "brain" before we build the "body."
18:00 (19:00) – 21:00+: The AI Build Sprint. We let the agents build the agents. Using Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini, we’ll move from blueprint to a living, breathing CI tool.

Core: Claude Agent SDK, Google Agent SDK, Dify.
Development: Cursor & Claude Code, Gemini.
Power: 20,000+ Apify Actors for web scraping and data extraction.
What you need to bring:
Context: A basic overview of the competitors you want to track. Your MVP PRD draft - level of detail is up to you.
Creativity: Ideas on which "signals" (pricing changes, hiring shifts, GitHub commits, social sentiment) we should capture.
The Hunt: Ideas on where these signals live.
The Drive: A "ship it" mentality to get to a usable state by the end of the night.
