Under the Moon: Ft. Artist Joyce Yu-Jean Lee
We’re so excited to welcome you on Friday, Feb 6th, 6-8pm for our first Under the Moon in the new year— a gathering of climate art, science & action every full moon, open to anyone 🌕
This moon, we are hosting visual artist Joyce Yu-Jean Lee for a discussion about care, collaboration and craft.
Joyce will present about her artwork and studio practice, with special focus on her digital art commission "Manahatta Waterways: a Sanctuary" currently on view at the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Fulton Transit Center. She will overview her research on the "other" and three ways of making: video installation, glass sculpture and social software.
Join us for an evening of art, ecology, and dialogue on Feb 6 at Chan Space New York 🌊
