Where: Spotify NYC Office (address sent to confirmed guests closer to the event)
This panel brings together designers spanning mobile consumer, TV/desktop, and Spotify for Artists to talk through what it actually looks like to design for hundreds of millions of listeners, and how craft, collaboration, and career look different depending on where you sit inside one company.
Panelists
Davina Lennard-Alladice
Davina Lennard-Alladice is a Senior Product Design Manager at Spotify, where she leads design for In-Home Experiences across TV and Desktop platforms. With 25+ years in the industry, she's held design leadership roles at Meta, Audible, Discovery, and HBO, working across product, content, and platform experiences at every stop. She started her career designing magazines, and that print-era obsession with craft and detail followed her into digital. Davina is driven by the belief that great products come from empowered teams, and that experience quality is the thing competitors can't copy. When she's not thinking about cross-platform design strategy, she's hanging with her husband, two kids and dog, collecting sneakers, or making a case that listening to Beyoncé and Bad Bunny is the answer to most problems.
Mareike Carolin Keller
Mareike is a Product Designer at Spotify, where she's worked on the core consumer experience across Home, Browse, and social experiences, shaping how millions of users decide what to play next. Her work includes launching Spotify's first Author Pages, Spotify Reserved, designing systems that power upcoming release discovery, and more recently building experiences that combine human judgment and AI, such as an artwork system for Spotify's prompted playlists. Trained in experimental psychology at Columbia University after a brief stint as a flight attendant, she began her career in cognitive science and human-computer interaction research before moving into roles at Google (YouTube), Blizzard Entertainment, and various early-stage startups. Today, she is recognized across the industry for translating complex ideas about human decision-making into intuitive, culturally impactful digital experiences.
Kyla Windley
Kyla Windley is a Product Designer at Spotify, where she designs for Spotify for Artists and Music Expression. Her most recent launch was the Verified by Spotify badge. She built her design foundation as a Product Design major at Stanford as well as interning at companies such as Meta, Microsoft, and Nasdaq, working across healthcare, sports betting, and e-commerce experiences. In addition to Product Design, Kyla has a strong interest in learning about the music industry overall; she has experience as a Product Manager at a record label and artist management company, planning music festivals and concerts, and DJing many parties and events throughout her college years. During her free time, you can find Kyla knitting, at a concert, discussing the psychology of Love Island, or on a very long walk.
