​Fifteen years ago, Katie Mehnert started hosting women in energy at her home potluck-style.

​“The Women Who Never Lunch" became "The Women Who Never Whine." It became the "potluck" of the year. This is how Pink Petro started ten years ago, building a community and movement around a shared desire for change in our industry. And since the launch of ALLY, we've collectively influenced millions of people worldwide.

​Potluck theology is about bringing our best to the table and partaking in each other's best offerings. We become full when we share our best and try things that aren't natural or familiar to us. This leads to discovery and delight.

​Join us on December 6th at 11:30 AM at a come-and-go potluck at the iconic Niels Esperson Building Speakeasy on the 25th floor. Whether you were part of "The Women Who Never Lunch" and joined us later as we grew into a global force, or you're among the many amazing MEN in this industry, this is a celebration for you and our industry!
