Nucleate Australia: From Stethoscopes to Startups
Nucleate PATH: Inside Careers in Life Sciences
Nucleate Australia is thrilled to partner with COHORT Innovation Space and the Griffith University Student Guild to host our upcoming event – From Stethoscopes to Startups at the Gold Coast.
Medical students and early-career clinicians are an integral part of healthcare, yet many are seldom exposed to the world of startups, digital health, and MedTech. Join us at our introduction to clinical entrepreneurship, designed with the intention of initiating change.
This is your chance to engage with incredible clinician-founders about navigating the world of clinical practice and entrepreneurship. This evening will explore:
Insights into how clinicians can transition into or consult for startup roles without leaving medicine behind.
Bridging the gap between clinical medicine, academic research, and the entrepreneurial world.
Building stronger networks between researchers and clinicians to solve healthcare’s biggest challenges.
The speakers for this event
Dinesh Palipana, MD, Co-chief investigator of Biospine,
Yupin Robson, MSc, MBA, CEO and Cofounder of Edify Medical,
Brent Richards, MD, Cofounder of IntelliHQ and
Jeremy Fernando, MD, Cofounder of Zendu.
The event will be hosted by Malaika Ingram, MS, Senior Facilitator at CSIRO.
The event will start off with a panel discussion (make sure you submit any questions you have in the registration link below), followed by Q&A and networking afterwards.
