

Afternoon Art Retreat in Gowanus
Spend a relaxed Saturday afternoon making art in our open studio space. Come on your own or with friends, work on a personal project, or simply enjoy making alongside other creative people in a lounge-like environment.
We provide basic art supplies, light snacks, tea, water, and coffee. You’re welcome to bring your own materials or start something new, and stay as long as you like during open studio hours between 2:00 and 6:30 PM.

The Space & Atmosphere
This is a welcoming, flexible environment. You’re encouraged to take breaks and move at your own rhythm.
Open studio with areas for independent work and guided classes

Freedom to sit, stand, or work on the floor
Slippers encouraged (bring your own for extra comfort; a few extras available)

No prior experience required.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets are refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the event. Please note that third-party platform processing fees (charged by Luma) are non-refundable, even if your ticket is canceled.
Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable, as we finalize materials and staffing for the class. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to give your ticket to a friend. Please have them check in using your name.
In the rare case that the event does not meet minimum participation requirements, we’ll contact ticket holders at least 48 hours in advance with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (excluding third-party processing fees).

Photography & Video Notice
Limited photography or short video clips may be captured during the event for documentation and promotional use.
