About Event

This session marks the first Equity and Private Markets roundtable hosted by CryptoUK in collaboration with SEC Newgate.

We are convening this roundtable in response to growing momentum behind digital asset companies exploring public listings in the UK. As more firms move from start-up to scale-up and towards public markets, they face a distinct set of regulatory, communications, and advocacy considerations. As the UK landscape continues to evolve, CryptoUK aims to support its members at every stage of this journey and ensure the industry is well positioned to navigate the opportunities ahead.

This roundtable will be held in person at SEC Newgate’s offices in London, with a virtual option available for those unable to attend. The objective is to gauge interest from our members in further activity in this area, and to explore whether forming a dedicated working group would be a valuable next step.

Participation in this roundtable is limited exclusively to companies actively operating within the equity and private markets sector.
