About Event

About the Session:

In this 60-minute interactive workshop, we'll walk through behavioral design and the user journey psychology behind first impressions in products, services, and customer experiences.

The core idea is that most brands lose people in the first few minutes because the experience doesn't build confidence fast enough. That's a design problem that behavioral design and PLG principles can help with.

I'll walk through a a simple diagnostic framework the audience can apply to their own business live during the session, whether they're building a SaaS product, running a consulting practice, selling courses, or anything in between.

About the Host:

I run Small Table Studio, a PLG/Behavioral Design consultancy where I embed inside companies as a fractional behavioral plg partner. I have 10+ years of product growth experience and a background in behavioral psychology, with a behavioral design certification on top of applied practice. I specialize in the psychology and product execution (how that shows up in real world applications and flows) behind why users convert (or don't) and how to design product experiences that move them from "this is interesting" to "I'm paying for this".
