Team formation, challenge briefing, and preparation for the international experience.
🏔️ July 05–10, 2026 – In-Person Immersion in Montreux, Switzerland

Program Host
JBA International is delivered by Bridge Education in partnership with Eastwood Montreux International School, institutions dedicated to shaping young leaders through transformative learning experiences.
The program is designed and facilitated by Tadeu da Ponte, mathematician, professor, and PhD candidate in Applied AI at Alma Mater Europaea (Slovenia).
Tadeu served for 23 years as professor and executive coordinator at Insper, leading innovation in assessment and performance and contributing to the development of thousands of leaders in Brazil. He is also founder of Bridge Education, HRColLab.AI, and Primeira Escolha, integrating research, technology, and management to accelerate learning and impact.
