Performers
Bin Projects (Kat Macdonald and Agnes Cameron) - a combination radiophonic and diy electronic set, on a software defined radio and homemade synthesisers
Sarah Fdili Alaoui and Léo Chédin - This performance brings a dancer into dialogue with a generative algorithm that continuously produces motion that feeds their movement in real time. What emerges is a duet between the physical and a virtual body, unfolding through shifting rhythms and through new choreographic constraints and possibilities. At times, the algorithm guides the dancer; at others, it diverges, creating tension between the human and the virtual embodied presences on stage
睿[REI] - Experimental procedural ambient driven by Max, based on generative principle of ancient chinese musical temperament. With VCV rack for additional sound design and jitter or touchdesigner for visual.
nadya via proxy - livecodes improvised deconstructions of their recorded works, where each performance serves as an experiment in both melody and temporality @nadyaviaproxy
EverySongIOwn - Livecoder playing as many songs as they can. Hyper sampling, microdjing, glitch, noise, hip hop, more, more, more, everything, everywhere, all at once
Benjamin Whately -
The Printer Jam - The Printer Jam (Project Cassiel X BITPRINT) is a performance duo using livecoding to take advantage of the unintentionally musical mechanical motions of 3D printing. The performers create 3D printed objects that activate the printer motors at certain musical pitches and rhythms which are captured live, processed and looped, building up both physical objects and brooding, brutalist soundscapes. Each performance and its resulting artefacts are unique experiences for audience and performers alike.
