About Event

Join the non-technical founder roundtable featuring Keith Shields, CEO of Designli, for an interactive Q&A designed for founders who are building their first MVP or recovering from a challenging development experience. This session is specifically for non-technical founders looking for practical guidance on validating their idea, navigating the product development process, and avoiding the common pitfalls that lead to wasted time and budget.

Bring your questions and real challenges-this is a conversation, not a webinar. After the session, attendees can take the next step with Designli's free product audit. It includes an in-depth code review, UI/UX enhancement recommendations, and an actionable report with your platform’s strengths, weaknesses, and recommended strategies moving forward.

About the Speaker:

Keith Shields' passion for technology started early: he asked for a domain for his 10th birthday and launched his first business before graduating from high school. While studying Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University, he built websites, led creative projects, and co-founded Applits, named Inc.com's "Coolest College Startup of 2014".|

At Designli, Keith has spent 12+ years helping non-technical founders bring their software ideas to life and untangling projects left incomplete by other agencies. Drawing on that experience, he guides founders through uncertainty with a balance of technical expertise and clear communication. From early-stage concepts to complex relaunches, Keith ensures every project moves forward with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind, turning big ideas into market-ready products.

About Designli:

If you’re a non-technical founder, chances are you’ve been burned by flaky devs, vague timelines, or code that doesn’t match the prototypes. That’s exactly why we built a model designed for trust.

At Designli, we pair non-technical software founders with full-time, founder-aligned product teams. Software engineers, designers and product owners who don’t just speak code, they speak human. We guide you through every step with clarity, structure, and care.

How it works, and what we can build:

Starting from Scratch? We turn your idea into a clickable, interactive prototype with a feature roadmap and estimates so you can align co-founders, test the market, or pitch investors before writing a single line of code. No dev required (yet).

Recovering from a Bad Build? Our team audits your codebase, cleans up what’s broken, and builds a plan for a second launch you can trust. We don't start over, we step in and make it better, fast.

Scaling What You’ve Built? We help you scale with purpose. That means feature roadmaps tied to real metrics and user insights, not gut instinct or guesswork.

Each path begins with a dedicated product team assigned full-time to your project. Whether you need a prototype, a clean codebase, or a smarter scaling strategy, we’ll guide you there with clarity, speed, and craftsmanship you’ll be proud of.
