Anahata Spring Gathering: a day of connection, creation and play
Connection • Creation • Play
The Anahata Spring Gathering is a day to exhale in good company — a space where connection unfolds naturally through creativity, shared meals, music, movement, and presence.
As spring begins to awaken the earth, we come together to reconnect after the winter months — with ourselves, with each other, and with the simple joy of being alive.
This is not just a sequence of activities, but a gently woven arc: from curiosity and play, to nourishment, intimacy, joy, and softness.
✨ Come as you are — and be part of something real.
🌸 What to Expect
• Creative, family-friendly daytime activities
• Time to connect, relax, and socialize
• A small, curated vendor area with delicious and thoughtfully made offerings
• Nourishing community dinner
• Cacao ceremony with live music
• Ecstatic dance journey
• Immersive sound bath
• Closing circle
This gathering is open to all generations — kids, parents, and grandparents.
We love creating spaces where younger ones can play, explore, and feel part of a meaningful, welcoming community.
