💡 About Demo Day
Demo Day is a fun, interactive event hosted by the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (COIE) that celebrates the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit at Centennial College. Students, alumni, and community members can showcase their business ideas, MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and startups through:
🎤 Round 1: Startup Showcase
🎤 Round 2 (Final round): Pitch Competitions (3-Minute)
🎤 Entrepreneurs' Open Mic
Note: You can choose to participate in Round 1 only, and no pitch slides are required for Round 1. Participants in Round 1 are still eligible for the Best Booth Award and the People’s Choice Award. 🎉
Don't want to pitch anything? 💬 No problem — join us as a judge and vote for your favourite pitch in the People’s Choice Award and win a lucky draw (🎁 A gift bag with a selection of goodies)!
🤝 If you decide not to pitch this time, the event is still a great opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and connect with industry professionals. Many students have asked us to extend the networking session at the end of the event, so there will be plenty of time to meet others and have meaningful conversations.
