Visitor Parking & Arrival — Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to park and check in. The AUS13 building features a four-story white parking garage, with an entry point on Burnet Road (look for the "d8" and/or "Charles Schwab" on the garage) and another on Alterra Parkway (look for the "8"). The gate opens automatically upon approach, and you may park in any non-reserved spot. No registration is required. Park anywhere, including "Contract Parking." All floors available.
(AUS11 building has a back-up parking garage if AUS13 garage is full (look for "d7." Address 11501 Alterra Pkwy, Austin, TX 78758. There is also a surface lot across from AUS11 (3008 Esperanza Crossing, Austin, TX 78758) that folks can park in if necessary.) Another backup alternative would be to park in AUS21 or AUS16.
Building Access & Meeting Location
Take the elevators to the 5th floor, where you'll find Amazon Reception. Check in there. Meeting rooms 05.406-05.407 are located behind the reception desk, with restrooms conveniently situated directly across from the meeting rooms.
