Inbox Triage. Your AI Chief of Staff learns how you prioritize, drafts responses in your voice, flags what actually needs your attention, and handles the rest.
Daily Operating System. Every morning before you open your laptop, your AI Chief of Staff has already done the thinking. Here is what to work on today. Here is what is stalled. Here is what you are forgetting.
Team Accountability. Your AI Chief of Staff tracks what your team is working on, what is overdue, who needs a nudge. You stop being the person who has to remember everything.

Is this recorded?
Yes. All sessions are recorded. But this is a build-along, you get the most out of it by building in real time with the group.
Do I need coding experience?
No. Claude Cowork is designed for non-technical operators. Claude Code goes deeper for those who want it. We cover both. You need to understand your business and where things are falling through the cracks. That is the hard part, and you already know it.
You are not becoming a manager of AI. You're becoming an agentic CEO — learning to delegate to a teammate instead of doing the work yourself. That's the hard part, and it has nothing to do with code.
What if I miss a session?
Recordings drop after each session. But this is a build-along, and you get the most value by building in real-time with the group.
What's Claude Max and do I need it?
Claude's Max plan with extended usage limits. Recommended for extensive building. Not strictly required. Claude Pro works to get you started. You just might hit your sessions limits faster as you are building out your
Is this just for solo founders?
No. This works especially well for founders with small teams (2-15 people) where you are still the connective tissue holding everything together.
