​About Celia Xavier
​Celia Xavier is a Los Angeles–based vertical screenwriter and producer specializing in high-concept revenge, romantasy, paranormal, and suspense stories built around dangerous, emotionally guarded women.
​Her series In Love With My Daughter’s Fake Baby Daddy received a Top 6 Visionary Award from ReelShort, earned more than 200,000 views, and secured a two-year distribution contract.
​Before moving into vertical drama, Celia spent twenty years producing independent film, completing twelve projects, serving as Head of Distribution at Tribal TV, and founding the Tribal Film Festival. She was also one of LeyLine’s first ten AI creators and developed her own pre-write system for hook generation, cliffhanger mapping, and human-AI story development.
