1-Hour Free Online Workshop: AI for Quant UX Analysis
This workshop offers a practical introduction to how modern AI can support quantitative UX research beyond chatbots and text analysis. While many UX discussions focus on LLMs, quantitative data often requires different kinds of AI models. In this session, we will look at how AI can help researchers work with ratings, behavioral logs, task metrics, telemetry, and other structured UX data to uncover patterns, make predictions, and support better product decisions.
We will cover predictive modeling for UX outcomes, tabular foundation models, behavioral segmentation with clustering, anomaly detection in product and UX data, time series forecasting for UX metrics, causal machine learning for UX decisions, and contextual bandits for personalization and adaptive UX. The goal is to give participants a clear, practical overview of where these methods fit, what kinds of UX questions they can answer, and how they differ from text focused AI approaches.
