April 1 - Everyone is a Product Manager: Build Bots with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex [@HBS]

​What if you could build a bot that does your prospecting, sizes your market, or summarizes your case notes — in 60 minutes?

This session we're using AI coding agents to build fully autonomous bots to complete your day to day tasks. We'll compare Claude Code vs OpenAI Codex, then build a real automation bot live from YOUR idea.

​​Workshop Leads: Peter Udvardi and Shiham Alam

​Peter is a 2nd year MBA at HBS and previously worked as a Product Manager at NVIDIA, where he shipped AI-powered products at the intersection of hardware and software. He brings deep experience in how technical products go from prototype to production.

​Shiham is a 1st year MBA at HBS and previously worked as a Software Engineer at AWS and Scale AI, where he built and scaled cloud infrastructure. He brings hands-on engineering and has built systems from the ground up.

​​I'm Sharfaraz (Dewan), a 2nd year at HBS. I spent 3 years in product management before HBS and interned as a Technical PM at AWS this past summer.

​​The only Product Management class at HBS was cancelled, leaving an educational gap, so I built this series. For the rest of the semester, I'll be running sessions covering core PM fundamentals.
