Taiwan–Phoenix Strategic Technology Partnership MOU Signing Ceremony

​This MOU signing ceremony marks the establishment of a robust and scalable innovation bridge designed to accelerate the commercialization of artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor, and advanced technology startups.

​The partnership connects Taiwan’s world-class R&D and manufacturing ecosystem with Phoenix’s strategic position as a major U.S. hub for AI and semiconductor innovation. Through this collaboration, the parties aim to strengthen long-term cross-border cooperation, enable technology deployment, and create tangible pathways for market entry, industry partnerships, and investment.

​This Memorandum of Understanding will be jointly signed by:
