EDGE Programme: Executive Development for Global Effectiveness

With this belief at its core, EDGE was developed to equip senior executives, emerging leaders, and professionals across governance, finance, compliance, and strategy functions with the knowledge, skills, and innovative thinking required to excel in complex, rapidly changing environments.
The programme focuses on developing leadership, influence, negotiation, adaptability, coaching, AI-driven decision-making, strategy, ESG and sustainable growth, personal branding, innovation, governance, and global leadership—all aimed at driving long-term growth, resilience, and stakeholder value.
The programme is delivered fully online over 6 weeks, with one 2.5–3 hour module per week, alongside allocated time for a capstone project. Certificates will be issued via email or post upon successful completion of the programme and submission/presentation of the capstone project.
TechWomen4Boards has carefully selected instructors for their diverse subject-matter expertise, industry experience, strategic insights, and strong governance, AI, and innovation acumen. Honorary guest speakers will rotate throughout the programme and may occasionally be confirmed at short notice.
