​Join a small-group workshop exploring medicinal mushrooms and their role in natural health, guided by a certified expert.

​You’ll learn how mushrooms such as reishi and lion’s mane are traditionally used and how they support immunity, focus, and stress balance in daily life. We’ll cover practical use, safety basics, and how to choose quality mushroom products.

​The workshop includes a hands-on preparation where you’ll make your own nutrient-dense energy balls using reishi mushroom powder.
