About Event

Greensoil's one-day Summit is for the people building, funding, and operating the future of real assets.

This year, our Summit explores the theme of Proptech and AI in the Real World.  The noise around AI and PropTech has never been louder. The question for 2026 isn’t whether technology is transforming real estate, it’s which signals are worth following, and which structures are being built to last.

Physical AI is turning buildings and infrastructure from passive containers into intelligent, responsive assets. Energy is the connective tissue - as on-site generation, storage, and AI-driven demand management converge, the building and the energy asset are becoming one. For the firms paying attention, decarbonization isn’t a mandate. It’s a margin driver.

This Summit brings together limited partners, real estate developers, energy innovators, and portfolio company leaders for a full day of candid conversation, live product demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving. Practitioners-deploying capital, building products, operating assets-working through the questions that actually matter in 2026.

Toronto Tech Week is a citywide celebration of the people building what’s next. From May 26–29, 2026, founders, investors, and builders come together for hundreds of community-led events across Toronto, connecting tens of thousands of people around Canadian tech. Torontotechweek.com
