Rewriting the Rules: Tools to Move Forward (Workshop)
Following the foundational exploration of inner barriers and leadership growth, Part 2 shifts from theory into high-impact, practical application. This interactive session is specifically designed to tackle the top 2–3 challenges currently facing the SVZ cohort, identified through the anonymous insights gathered from this Menti survey. By focusing on the real-time struggles of the group—whether it be overcoming specific limiting beliefs, managing high-pressure burnout, or refining a fragmented vision—Tarik will provide the actionable tools and frameworks necessary to dismantle these barriers and move forward with clarity.
To get the most out of this session, it is essential that members have their workbooks completed beforehand. Your input directly shapes the curriculum, as we will use the workbook data and insights to capture which areas the group is struggling with most and which topics you would love to prioritize for Workshop 2. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience with practical tools that bridge the gap between identifying a habit and successfully changing it, ensuring your leadership style is an asset—rather than a bottleneck—to your startup’s growth and fundraising potential.
